Shipping policy

Our parcels are currently sent with Royal Mail. We use the Royal Mail's tracking service this of course does mean that our postage is slightly higher as a result, but we do this so that you are able to track your order and you have extra reassurance. All parcels are sent Tracked48 as standard, but if you would like to upgrade to Tracked24 please upgrade to Express at the shipping page.

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 1pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Your order should arrive between 1-3 days following despatch depending on your chosen service.

Postage is charged by weight in order to make sure that the correct postage is applied.

Orders over £50 are eligible for free standard shipping (Tracked48). To upgrade to Tracked24 click on the Express button at the shipping page. The additional charge is £1.50.
